At Birdcraft Studio, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase or encounter any issues due to manufacturing defects, we offer the following options:
Eligibility for Returns:
Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order (or purchasing in-person) to discuss return, exchange, or refund options.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Initiating a Return:
Reach out to us at hello@birdcraftstudio.com to initiate a return.
Returns or exchanges must be approved before shipping the item back to us. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
We may request photos of the returned item’s condition.
Once approved, please return the item within 20 days.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method and notified accordingly.
Shipping Charges and Restocking Fee:
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping charges.
The original shipping cost paid for the item will not be refunded.
A restocking fee (if applicable) may be deducted from the final refund amount.
Exclusions:
Custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
