If you experience an issue related to a manufacturing defect or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Below are the options available to you.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order (or purchasing in-person) to discuss return, exchange, or refund options.
- To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Manufacturing defects are fully covered. Items damaged through normal wear, improper care, or accidents are not eligible for replacement or refund.
How to start a return:
- Email us at hello@birdcraftstudio.com to initiate a return.
- Returns or exchanges must be approved before shipping the item back to us. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- We may request photos of the returned item’s condition.
- Once approved, please return the item within 20 days.
Refund Process:
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method and notified accordingly.
Shipping Charges and Restocking Fee:
- Customers are responsible for covering return shipping charges.
- The original shipping cost paid for the item will not be refunded.
- A restocking fee (if applicable) may be deducted from the final refund amount.
Exclusions:
- Custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Repair Services:
- At Birdcraft Studio, we want your pieces to stay with you for as long as possible. Beyond our standard return and warranty timeframes, we are always happy to evaluate damaged items and provide a quote for repair whenever feasible. Our accessories are crafted with care in our Seattle studio, and we will gladly assess whether a piece can be restored through our small‑batch, artisanal repair process.
